How does license work?

The license is a perpetual license. One license key allows you to use the current app version indefinitely. You are also eligible for one year of free updates.

If you don't want to renew your license after one year, you can continue to use the last version of Xnapper that you have for as long as you want.

You can renew your license here with a 40% discount for another year of updates. That means the renew price is 60% of your purchase price (before discount) and won't be affected if the app price increases in the future.

Can I change the license key to another computer after I activate it?

Yes. Just go to Xnapper → Preferences... → License → Unlink Device and follow the instructions. Or you can log in to License Manager with your license key. You will see all the connected devices for that license key and unlink any device you want.

Is VAT included?

The price you see may or may not include VAT based on your country. If you want a VAT refund, please see the instructions in your receipt email.

Can I use the License Key in the Xnapper iOS app?

No, sorry! The Xnapper iOS app must be purchased separately only from the Apple App Store.

Can I get a refund?

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. However, I do love to hear your feedback. Please send a refund request to me 💌 support@xnapper.com and I'll process it as soon as I can.

For the iOS app, you can request a refund via the App Store.

I have lost my license key. How do I get it back?

Please login to the License Manager with your purchase email and the license key will be resent to you.

How to add more devices to my license?

You can add new devices anytime at a discounted price using the License Manager. If you plan to buy a license for more than 100 devices, please contact us for a custom license: 💌 support@xnapper.com.
